Join us for a FREE rain barrel training for all local landscape contractors in the DC Metro Area. The training will be held on November 20th, 2017 from 10am – 4pm at 1200 First Street NE, DC. Anyone is eligible to attend, you do not need prior experience or training in rain barrel installations. However if you are interested in becoming a RiverSmart Homes Contractor we do ask you have some experience in downspout work. You may send more than one representative from your company.
The training will consist of a classroom and hands on field session. The classroom session will cover administrative requirements, an introduction to the RiverSmart Homes programs, and basic barrel knowledge. The field session will involve an installation of a rain barrel at a RiverSmart Home. Attendance at both sessions is required to become a RiverSmart Homes rain barrel installer.
