The Watershed Stewards Academy, a 501c3 nonprofit, is seeking bids for landscaping services across multiple sites in the community of Pines on the Severn in Arnold, MD. As part of Watershed Stewards Academy’s (WSA) Clean Water Communities program, several homeowners in Pines on the Severn (Pines) will receive one or more of the following practices: conservation landscapes, hillside conservation landscapes, native plant beds, and/or rain barrels on their properties to help reduce stormwater runoff.
