The CWEA Stormwater Committee is hosting a webinar on the Introduction to the Maryland MS4 Phase II General Permit on July 18 from Noon – 1:30pm.
This webinar will provide an introduction to the Maryland National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Phase II General Permit that became effective on October 31, 2018. The webinar will provide an overview of key permit requirements including new requirements that were included in this permit and factors to be considered for program start-up including staffing and budget.
The intended audience for this webinar is Maryland Phase II MS4 staff, but is open to all interested parties.
