The 2020 Chesapeake Watershed Forum Planning Committee is now accepting submissions for both classroom sessions and intensive seminars.
The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay will hold the 15th Annual Chesapeake Watershed Forum on October 30- November 1, 2020 in Shepherdstown, WV. This watershed-wide event reaches over 400 restoration and conservation practitioners annually to inspire and empower local action towards clean water.
Our theme is: “Climate Resiliency in a Changing Chesapeake Watershed.”
We seek proposals that highlight approaches and policies that enhance the resiliency of our lands, water, and communities to withstand the adverse impacts of climate change on the natural and human systems of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 11:59 PM on Friday, May 8 2020
Submit today on the Alliance’s website.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our first priority for this year’s Forum is the health and safety of our attendees and presenters. The Alliance is exploring our options in the case that we are unable to host the same sort of in-person Forum as we have in years past.
We are continuing to encourage proposal submissions for the 2020 Forum, with the assurance that if we select your proposal, we will work with you on modifying your session to ensure you are able to present safely and in accordance with Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance.
