Proposals for the Caring for Our Watersheds student environmental action contest are due March 12th. The contest is open to young people in 5th-12th grade anywhere in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. The first 20 groups to submit proposals will receive $250 for their school or sponsoring organization. All groups who enter the contest will automatically be eligible for mini-grants of up to $1000.
