The Anne Arundel County FY22 NPDES MS-4 Annual Report is now available!
The 5th Generation NPDES MS-4 Permit was issued to the County, by the Maryland Department of the Environment in November 2021, and this is the first Annual Report under the new permit. This report documents County activities that demonstrate compliance with Permit requirements as well as County progress toward achieving restoration goals. These activities demonstrate compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit terms beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022.
