The Trust seeks qualified contractors to increase awareness of and engagement for the Trust’s Community Engagement Mini-Grant Program, within under-engaged audiences and organizations. The Trust welcomes proposals from contractors within the state of Maryland who are a part of or have connections with communities of color and those involved in the human health sector; however, proposals from contractors with connections in other sectors will be considered. Finally, the Trust is open to proposals that seek to engage other under-engaged audiences with sufficient justification.
