The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay (the Alliance) is seeking proposals for a professional landscape or playground contractor to collaborate with the Alliance and its partners to install a nature playground at Blackwell Park in Richmond, Virginia.
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the City of Richmond’s Departments of Parks, Recreation & Community Facilities and Public Utilities, as well as Southside ReLeaf and Timmons Group to install a Nature Playground at Blackwell Park in Richmond, VA as part of a larger park improvement project.
