The 2025 Choose Clean Water Conference is excited to gather in Harrisonburg, Virginia, May 19-21! Every year, this conference gathers individuals from local, state, and national nonprofits, elected officials, government agencies, and businesses to discuss ways these different sectors can work together toward our collective goal–clean water.
The Coalition is seeking proposals to present and guide field trips in the area. Any person or organization with knowledge to share is invited to apply.

As we address our theme Hills and Valleys: Our Journey for Clean Water, we are looking for presentations and field trips that energize participants through thoughtful engagement, share new and innovative learnings, and stir enthusiasm for clean water as we face hills and valleys in our work.
In addition to seeking applications for field trips, 45-minute sessions, and 90-minute workshops, we are hosting 20-minute lightning rounds for the first time. These are designed to provide a quick overview of a skill or topic, a la a TED talk. We are excited to see creative proposals for this new format.
We especially encourage applications from organizations, businesses, or people participating in projects in historically underserved communities and/or representing cultural, racial, and other kinds of diversity.
The application deadline is Friday, January 10, 2025.
