The 2024-2025 Request for Applications (RFA) for the Community Stormwater Solutions Grant Program is open now through March 13, 2025. The program is currently administered through a partnership with the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
Application process: Review the Request for Applications and submit an online application at https://cbtrust.org/grants/district-of-columbia-community-stormwater-solutions/.
Deadline: Applications are due by Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 4pm ET.
What this funds: The program provides funding for innovative and community-centered projects that increase knowledge and change behavior around watershed and stormwater-related issues in the District.
Who can apply: The following entities that are physically located in the District are eligible to apply: non-profit organizations, small businesses, schools and universities, government agencies, and more. See the RFA for full list of organizations.
How much can be awarded: Applicants may request up to $35,000 in their proposals. There is $191,500 available in funding for this cycle.
