This FREE clinic will introduce participants to the sport of rowing on the Anacostia River.
They will tour the park’s boathouse facility, learn the basic stroke on a rowing machine, and join others for an introductory row in an eight-person rowing shell. Throughout their visit, participants will meet Washington Rowing Club rowers and learn about the pleasures of rowing on the Anacostia River out of Bladensburg Waterfront Park.
