Feeling Stressed, not sleeping well? We all love plants and here is a way that they love us back!
Although this is a stressful time and anxiety is a natural response to the current situation in the world, we can support our bodies in adapting to the stress and use natural techniques to provide relief. Erin Antosh, Clinical Herbalist and CEO of Where The Good Grows, will discuss how you can use food and medicinal plants to calm your nervous system and improve sleep.
In this uplifting introduction to culinary herbalism, Erin will demonstrate how to make a medicinal-strength herbal tea, a botanical latte, and a healthy mocktail with therapeutic plants. We will get creative in the kitchen and incorporate foods and medicinal herbs that support stress, anxiety, and sleep issues.
