Underwood & Associates, Inc., a ecosystem restoration design/build firm, seeks an Accounting Clerk to support our accounting office.
This is an entry level position. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- accounting data entry
- credit card reconciliation
- receipt organization
- credit applications
- filing
- accounts payable
- report reviewing
Software to be utilized includes QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Nextraq. Prior experience with this software is preferred but not required.
This full time position requires between 32 and 40 hours per week at a rate of $14 per hour.
