On March 24th at 12pm Lower Shore Land Trust will be hosting a Lunch and Learn Saltmarsh Educational Program featuring David Curson, PhD, Audubon Mid-Atlantic. He will provide an overview of his Saltmarsh Restoration work. Learn why rising seas are impacting tidal marshes and the species that rely on them for survival. Efforts to manage the migration of saltmarsh to neighboring uplands may help preserve habitat for several at-risk species, especially the Saltmarsh Sparrow.
