Responsible for programmatic management and supervision of staff for the Hard Bargain Farm Environmental Education Center (HBF), Bridging the Watershed (BTW) and Trash Free Potomac Watershed Initiative (TFI).
Works in close collaboration with the Director to manage program activities and program staff including: staff development, implementation of existing programs, evaluation of program outcomes, grant reporting and writing, partner management, curriculum development, and oversight of financials and budgets.
Provides leadership in keeping AFF abreast of current changes in environmental education and environmental literacy as well as efforts related to litter prevention in the watershed. Provides external leadership for the organization in relevant fields.
The Program Manager will support the implementation of the Litter Prevention Campaign, the Trash Free Schools program, the Annual Potomac Watershed Cleanup, and cross programing between Hard Bargain Farm (HBF), Bridging the Watershed (BTW), and the Trash Free Potomac Watershed Initiative (TFI).
