Coastal Resources, Inc. (www.coastal-resources.net), an ecological consulting firm located in Annapolis, MD, is currently accepting applications for a motivated intern/temporary employee on a flexible basis for 2-3 days a week from October through November 2021. Candidates should have background in general natural resources topics with an emphasis on stream/estuarine ecology. Candidates should also have excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, and Excel. Position will require a detail-oriented self-starter, with good organization skills. Tasks will most likely include assisting with:
- Lab sorting of plankton and macroinvertebrates;
- Data entry; and
- Some administrative and clerical duties.
