Leading and coordinating a multi-stakeholder collaboration takes special focus and skill. Join us for two highly interactive, 90-minute trainings led by Institute for Conservation Leadership (ICL) focused on facilitating productive virtual meetings, managing conflict and tension across members in a collaborative, and supporting decision-making processes. As Session 2 (March 2nd) builds upon content from Session 1 (February 16th), we request participants to commit to attending both sessions. By registering, you are automatically registering for sessions #1 and #2.
Our trainers have designed these sessions to provide you with practical tools and suggestions that you can implement immediately in your own multi-stakeholder collaborative. We highly encourage you to attend the trainings with 1-2 colleagues – having at least two representatives from your multi-stakeholder collaborative at the sessions will significantly increase the likelihood that you will put these practices into action.
