About the Speaker

 Peggy is an ecologist and environmental historian who has been using field observations in art and prose to document landscapes, geology, birds, and climate change for over thirty years. She is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art in art education and biological illustration and holds a doctorate in environmental history from Antioch University New England. She has been teaching nature and field journaling since 1990.
