Technical Assistance Services for the Community-Based Organization Capacity Building Initiative (CBO-CBI)
The Chesapeake Bay Trust, Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and Maryland Department of the Environment seek qualified consultants to provide technical assistance and capacity building to historically under-engaged community-based organizations in order to facilitate robust application submissions to watershed resilience- and restoration-focused grant programs such as the Resiliency through Restoration Initiative (RtR), Watershed Assistance (WAGP), Outreach and Restoration (OR), and Green Streets (G3) Grant Programs. Organizations will be identified by a Connector Group (RFP for selection of Connector Group is open concurrently), before being engaged by the Technical Assistance consultant.
