Elizabeth River Project is hiring for our Educator & Youth Resilience Coordinator role, which involves assisting with educational programming on the Learning Barge, America’s Greenest Vessel (a floating classroom that is not underway, but tied to a dock during field trips), and the Learning Barge on Wheels (delivering environmental education in the form of a mobile van to students in south Hampton Roads). Work with a team while teaching Elizabeth River education, sea-level rise, ecology, native plants and animals, water quality testing and more. Learn in-depth about Elizabeth River environmental challenges and solutions while fostering a new generation of river stewards throughout its restoration.
