Anne Arundel Watershed Stewards Academy (WSA) has grown significantly since beginning in 2009. In response, WSA is seeking a consultant to help our organization and staff navigate the capacity challenges that nonprofits frequently face. WSA is requesting proposals for a Leadership Development consultant to (1) assist the Executive Director and WSA staff to develop and implement skills and processes that will support them to create and implement a work plan that fits current organizational capacity, (2) build skills within staff to evaluate new initiatives as they arise to determine what, if any, additional capacity is needed. A secondary goal is to provide training and coaching to allow each person to improve efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on leaning into the strengths of each team member.
