Maryland Sea Grant seeks a graphic designer to conceptualize and design publications visually and editorially appropriate to a range of audiences. The graphic designer will join our team of science communicators, who work to provide scientifically accurate information with context and depth that all can understand and enjoy through a variety of media.
The graphic designer will use their design skillset to create visual content to enhance key outlets and publications, such as Maryland Sea Grant’s website and magazine. Other significant design projects may include infographics, ArcGIS mapping and data visualization, fact sheets, displays, and reports. The graphic designer will organize digital content and implement Maryland Sea Grant’s branding and style.
