This is a full-time 40 hour/week position. The hours are Monday thru Thursday from 6:30AM-4:30PM and runs from mid-February thru mid-December (with unemployment benefits during the off season). This position offers a salary range of $18-21/hour (dependent upon experience), including benefits.
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent (required)
- General office or administrative experience (required)
- A basic understanding of the following programs: Google (Calendar, email, docs, sheets, etc), Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram and Microsoft Office (required)
- Horticulture knowledge (preferred)
- Native plant knowledge (desirable)
- CBLP (desirable)

- Be punctual, dependable and promote a positive work environment
General Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Working closely with Administrative Manager to fulfill necessary tasks and duties
- Client communication via email and phone
- Sorting and evaluating requests for service
- Managing service schedules as well as employee schedules
- Maintain social media presence on Facebook and Instagram
- Creating blog and newsletter content
- Maintaining updated content on website
- Typical administrative and clerical responsibilities
- HR tasks such as payroll, insurance and managing employee files
- Provide coverage in our retail store or nursery if needed
