Please join the Maryland Coastal Bays Program and guest speaker Jennifer Dindinger with UMD Sea Grant Extension, for the presentation “Stormwater and Yard Waste: Lawn Care for Water Quality”. This event is the part one of two in the spring Talk and Walk series- an installment of the MCBP Explore the Estuary program. It will be held on Saturday, March 16th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Berlin Library meeting room on the second floor. *There will be a short walk around downtown Berlin following the presentation to explore local examples.

Come hear a talk with Jennifer Dindinger, Watershed Restoration Specialist with UMD Sea Grant Extension, and learn about ways you can manage your lawn and yard waste to help improve your local rivers and streams! The program includes a local walk to see examples of yards managed for stormwater.
