Little Falls Watershed Alliance is seeking proposals for comprehensive stormwater management assessment for 3.5 acre campus of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church in Bethesda, MD.  The stormwater management assessment will identify places for ESD on the very hilly site to be used as a road map for future projects.  The assessment should include recommendations for 5 to 10 retrofit sites on the property with preliminary designs to manage and treat runoff from paved areas, as well as capture rain from roof tops. Design elements could include pervious pavers, curb cuts and rain gardens, and impervious surface removal. The project should also produce the design and construction-ready plans for at least two of the proposed retrofit sites on the church’s property.

RFP is due Friday, June 14 at 5:00

The project is funded by a grant from the Montgomery County Water Quality Protection Fund, administered by the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
