CBMM’s Vice President of Shipyard & Marine Operations oversees activities for all of CBMM’s marine-related endeavors, including our working Shipyard, water activity programming, private charters, and charity boat donations program. This dynamic role is charged with ensuring the strategic development and implementation of efficient operations, safe and cost-effective systems. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this position serves on CBMM’s Senior Leadership Team and Shipyard Committee.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of industry-related experience in business administration, logistics, project management and a minimum of three years in a senior level management position with extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices of the marine industry. This individual must be a strategic thinker, strong leader and able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, from Board to staff.
