Mushrooms don’t grow on trees…or do they? Come learn the basics of mushroom cultivation by starting your own Oyster or Shiitake mushrooms in a technique called log-seeding. We’ll teach inoculation methods, how to care for your log, and the harvest and storage of the mushrooms. You’ll leave the class with a greater understanding of how mushrooms grow and your own mushroom log to take home.
