Join us on March 21, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM EST for a virtual workshop that will provide a recap of resources shared at the in-person Mid-Atlantic Environmental Literacy (EL) Forum held at the National Conservation Training Center February 25-26, 2025!
Together, we’ll explore topics and resources for civic engagement to secure sustainable funding for district-level environmental literacy programs.
Participants will walk away with new tools for:
- understanding how schools are funded,
- identifying key partners,
- and crafting strategic messages.
The purpose of this Forum was to promote sustainable funding and a lasting shift towards environmental literacy and sustainability within school districts by bringing together environmental literacy changemakers to explore effective strategies and provide action-oriented approaches for engaging local leaders.
