Wrap up Lancaster Water Week by making a difference where you live and join the large network of Project Clean Stream volunteers dating back over 20 years! For this event join the Lancaster Conservancy and help pick up trash at Conoy Wetlands. This site has ample parking, and will require approximately a 0.25-0.5 mile hike on a paved trail to reach the work site. It’s recommended for ages 10 & up (all minors must be accompanied by an adult).

There will be some simple snacks available, attendees should bring personal drinking water. Volunteers should dress appropriately for the outdoors and possible weather, long pants and close toed shoes are strongly recommended, please bring work gloves and trash grabbers if you have them. There is the potential for some shallow wading into streams for interested volunteers.

If you have any questions please contact Cathleen Anthony at canthony@allianceforthebay.org.
