Join Friends of Stony Run for Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay’s Project Clean Stream. This is the largest cleanup event in the Chesapeake Bay region! Cleanups take place across the entire Chesapeake watershed, in all six Bay states and DC.
We will meet 10 am Saturday April 23rd at two locations! Location 1 in Wyman Park near corner of Tudor Arms Avenue and Craycombe Avenue and Location 2 in Keswick/Tuscany-Canterbery near corner of Overhill Road and Linkwood Road in Baltimore City. We will have trash clean up, invasive removal and native species plantings.

We will have signin tables with heavy gloves and trash bags to collect litter. Please bring your own water container to drink. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend- children should be accompanied by an adult and bring their own gloves (we are limited on small gloves). Dress appropriately for the weather and the elements– be aware some sites may have ticks and/or poison ivy. Only skilled and appropriately outfitted adults should wade into the stream to collect trash.
