Wrap up Lancaster Water Week by making a difference where you live and join the large network of Project Clean Stream volunteers dating back over 20 years! For this event help us clean up a section of the Conestoga River and Greenway Trail near Broad St. This is an accessible site for families.
Afterwards we will celebrate with new friends, good food (provided!), and some superlative awards (like figuring out who found the weirdest trash!). Volunteers should dress appropriately for the outdoors and possible weather, long pants and close toed shoes are strongly recommended, please bring work gloves and trash grabbers if you have them. There is the potential for some shallow wading into streams for interested volunteers. If you have any questions please contact Cathleen Anthony at canthony@allianceforthebay.org.
