Join community members to clean up trash along Spa Creek’s headwaters, starting at the Chesapeake Children’s Museum and working our way up behind Bates and the Boys & Girls Club. Wear sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty and wet. Bring gloves and clippers if you have them. We will have extra gloves and trash bags. All ages are welcome to participate.
We will be working the creek banks on both sides of Spa Road. Meet at the parking lot at Weems Whalen Field, 935 Spa Road behind Maryland Hall. Additional parking is available at the Boys & Girls Club on 121 S. Villa Ave.
