Come join the Anne Arundel Weed Resistance to remove invasive species of plants from Kinder Farm Park!
Kinder Farm Park is currently dominated by invasive plant species and suppressing the growth of native plants. We will be mechanically removing these invasive plants such as Oriental Bittersweet, Multi flora Rose, Wine-berry, and many others. If you would like to volunteer, please dress for the weather. Wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt to prevent bug bites. Wear sturdy shoes and a hat to avoid bugs and the sun. Bring bottled water to prevent dehydration. Please bring any tools that you may have such as loppers, pruners, handsaws, and leather work gloves. If you do not have any of these tools we will provide them for you. A first aid kit will be available for emergencies.
