The Chesapeake Conservation Corps, a program organized and run through the Chesapeake Bay Trust, prepares young adults to become better professionals and leaders for careers in the green workforce; promotes and protects the local natural resources throughout the Chesapeake Bay region; expands the impact and reach of organizations advancing environmental issues; and increases the diversity and influx of young talent into the green workforce across the Chesapeake Bay.
