Kick off the City Nature Challenge weekend by learning how to use iNaturalist to identify plants and wildlife in your community during a BioBlitz!
A bioblitz is an exciting event where people work together to find and document as many species as possible in a short time, helping scientists and conservation efforts while exploring nature.
Friday, April 25th
5:00-6:30 pm
Carroll Watkins Park
next to 5830 Flannery Ln, Gwynn Oak, MD 21207
Then, use your amazing new iNaturalist observation skills to volunteer with NeighborSpace!
Volunteer Opportunity: April 25–28 – multiple NS parks
We’re looking for volunteers to help document nature in our parks for the City Nature Challenge 2025.
