Kick off your 4th of July weekend with us! Join us on Friday, July 1, 2022, as we show our shore some love and give trash the boot! We will continue focusing our efforts along the Pumpkin Ash trail, the fishing and kayak piers, and around inlets along the Riverview Trail. We need volunteers to record data about our collection, volunteers to sort recyclables from trash, and collectors to make our shoreline sparkle! Participating volunteers must be able to walk moderate distances and travel along the uneven terrain of the shoreline. All ages are welcome, but youth must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of the event. Registration is required for participation, and there will be volunteer forms to fill out upon arrival.
