Thanks to a generous grant from the Virginia Environmental Endowment, the Chincoteague Bay Field Station will host three grade-level specific, three-day, two-night professional development workshops for Virginia public school teachers in 2024 at our campus in Wallops Island, Virginia. These workshops are free for all Virginia public school teachers and free on-site lodging in our dorm-style housing is available. Meals are not included with the workshop but are available at our on-site cafeteria for a cost of $70/person for the weekend.
