Attention Stream Monitors! Have you attended a few volunteer stream sessions and are interested in taking the next step to get certified? Or do you want a refresher on your skills to get re-certified?
If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, consider registering for this Stream Monitoring Certification Clinic hosted by the Reston Association.
The certification clinic consists of a short presentation on stream monitoring and macroinvertebrate identification, followed by an open book macroinvertebrate identification test, and finally a stream monitoring session at a nearby monitoring site on Snakeden Branch.
