Join us for a special Plein Air Artmaking event, part two of three, at Overlook Park on Monday, July 10th 6:00-8:00pm.
Free and open to all ages and skill levels, we are partnering with the Lancaster County Buffer Action Team to learn about their work of maintaining and implementing new acreage of native forested riparian buffers while being inspired by the surrounding environment and creating en plein air. Our native landscapes and stream corridors are works of art and a goal of the Buffer Action Team is to help educate the community to understand the plantings happening in their very own backyards and the science behind them. Matt will lead us in creative observation and provide guidance as we find inspiration in the beauty of Overlook Park and create artworks amongst the trees.
