Rise and Thrive: Creating America’s Most Resilient Rural Region

Join ESLC for its 3^rd Annual Eastern Shore Climate Conference, held this year in beautiful Oxford, MD. Rise and Thrive promises to deliver a morning full of enlightening information as we discuss how changing climate and rising sea levels will impact our lives here on the Eastern Shore, and what we can do as individuals and as a community to prepare and adapt. Participants will gain an understanding of how changes to global climate are impacting the Eastern Shore, and we will discuss the unique social aspects of life here that will enable us to address climate challenges head-on.
