The Town of Edmonston and the Chesapeake Bay Trust’s Rain Check Rebate Team are hosting a walking tour to feature community green spaces and residential projects that are helping to absorb rainwater, protect the water quality of local stream and rivers, and beautify the community. is hosting a walking tour to feature residential projects that are helping to absorb rainwater, protect the water quality of local streams and rivers, provide native habitat to wildlife, reduce flooding, and beautify the community! This tour will be held in collaboration with the Town of Edmonston and the Rain Check Rebate Program, a partnership between the Chesapeake Bay Trust and Prince George’s County, Department of the Environment.
We’ll have one guided tour leaving at 10am, led by the Town of Edmonston and the Rain Check Rebate Team. Additional details will be released closer to the day of the event.
When: Saturday, April 26th, 10am-2pm
Where: Edmonston Town Hall (5005 52nd Avenue, Edmonston, MD 20781)
We’ll meet at the Town Hall at 10am and take off on the tour from there.
