Join EJJI for our 2nd annual Latino Conservation Week Middle Branch Science Day! Soak in the sun and the breeze off the water as you get hands-on with science activities. Meet local science organizations, take water samples for on-site water quality testing, learn about local conservation efforts, and check out aquatic life through microscopes.

This event will also celebrate the close of the Reel Rewards pilot program, an invasive fish bounty program that pays anglers to remove invasive fish species from the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River.

In partnership with the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology, Reimagine Middle Branch, the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, and the Integration and Application Network of the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science.
