We are looking for energetic, compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to help make our inaugural festival a huge success. Our volunteers will enjoy progressive bluegrass, while caring for others and the environment. When we work together, we can create a beautiful world.

Annapolis Baygrass Music Festival

Dates: October 1 & 2, 2022 (we are recruiting volunteers for 9/30-10/3)
Location: Sandy Point State Park
1100 E College Parkway, Annapolis, Maryland 21409

Volunteer Information
•A variety of positions are available. Our aim is to best fit you for a productive and fun day. While we’d like to place everyone in their preferred function and shift, please note that we need volunteers to be flexible. All are welcome!

•Volunteers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
•Email confirmations will be sent to confirm shift dates/times. Please be on the lookout and reply in a timely manner.

Volunteer Benefits
•(1) GA ticket per completed 4-hour shift
•(1) Annapolis Baygrass commemorative reusable steel pint cup
•(1) Drink ticket per completed 4-hour shift
•Discounted festival merchandise

Volunteer Requirements
•(2) 4 hour shifts (one shift per day)
•Single day volunteers may apply and will be evaluated based on availability
•End-of-night clean ups (encouraged for volunteers still onsite- thank you in advance!)

•Volunteers must bring a photo ID and arrive early to check in at the Volunteer Station prior to their shift.

•All volunteers will be asked to check-in at the Volunteer Check-in 30 minutes prior to their shift and asked to sign waivers (parents will sign for their dependents under 18)

Reminders 
•Baygrass is a non-camping festival with no overnight parking. Please plan accordingly.
•Volunteers are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle. Fresh water stations will be available onsite.
