Join Capital SUP and tour guide Jack Wildlife on an immersive paddle on the Rhode River along the shores of the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center (SERC)!
This spring paddle is the first Adventure Paddle of our 2023 season; participants can expect to learn about Chesapeake Bay wildlife, Bay health, and history of SERC and the research they conduct at their facilities.
There will be good opportunities for wildlife viewing as we paddle the shallow marshes, small islands, and forested shorelines.
Afterwards, join the crew for a pint and snack at the Old Stein Inn to debrief and socialize!
