Join Linnea for our first of a series of beautiful, gentle Sunday evening classes to destress and unwind for the week ahead.
Open to all-levels, ages 18 and up.
Classes will include a hand-crafted HAVEN Herbal iced-tea blend and our all-natural bug repellant will be available for all to use.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
Class will end with Linneaβs signature lavender scalp massage and reiki for each participant.
In the event of inclement weather these classes will move to HAVEN. I will post in the event for updates.
