Registration is open for the Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional program’s comprehensive course on implementing and managing riparian buffers, CBLP-Buffers.  This three-part hybrid course combines interactive online learning with field and classroom sessions, and is appropriate for landscape professionals, including arborists and foresters, local and state government staff, watershed groups/nonprofit staff, educators, and others.
The CBLP-Buffers certificate course is taught by experts in PA and VA, and is comprised of three sessions:
  • Buffer Basics Webinar – online via Zoom  – October 12, 1:00 -4:00  PM
  • Site Assessment & Planning Workshop – field + classroom – November 2, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Maintenance Workshop – field + classroom – November 30, 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Participants will choose to attend either the Lancaster, PA or the Charlottesville, VA area training.
