Join us for Chesapeake Stormwater Network‘s Winter/Spring Webinar Series! The City of Rockville is a NPDES MS4 Phase II community located in the Washington, DC metro area. The City has refocused its Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) program from traditional outfall dry weather flow investigations to target inspections of commercial facilities that have the potential to discharge pollutants into our storm drains and streams. The program is modeled after the Industrial Facility Stormwater Permit and is designed to educate facility owners to manage pollutants at their source.
Join Wendy Blackman and Heather Gewandter as they walk us through their BUBBAs-winning, innovative approach to stormwater management in their region, from planning and implementation to lessons learned, and discover how you might implement similar best practices in your work.
