Celebrate Pollinator Week with us at Chesapeake Natives June 19th to June 21st, 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day, at our nursery in Rosaryville State Park. Discover our wide variety of native plants, ideal for creating pollinator-friendly habitats in your backyard. Our experienced staff and volunteers will be be working on propagating plants, as usual, but will available to answer your questions and provide guidance. Don’t miss this chance to support pollinators and enrich your garden with native flora!

Join Chesapeake Natives to celebrate summer blooms in MD Meadwork’s native container garden and to unveil its new sign – the first of dozens to highlight native landscapes in local communities around the area. Barry Stahl will discuss how essential native plants are to biodiversity, our best natural defense against climate change. Barry, a resident of Mount Rainier, serves as Chesapeake Natives’ board chair and is co-director of the Prince George’s Audubon Society’s Wildlife Habitat Program. Native plants will be available for sale as well as Mead, of course! Snacks and treats will be served.

Come out to Chesapeake Natives Nursery in Rosaryville State Park on Sunday June 30th from 10AM-3PM for our next Open House Sale!

Our fabulous volunteers will be available at the sale to help you find the right native plants for your space. A list of our inventory will be shared the week of the sale.
