The Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences is seeking an individual trained in Civil or Ag Engineering with experience in teaching or public speaking to serve as an Extension Educator in the new Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training.
The Center provides education, outreach, coordination, and technical assistance to conservation professionals, farmers, and agricultural landowners. The Center’s Engineering Educator will teach conservation professionals about the various aspects of planning, design, and construction of engineering agricultural best management practices for water management, erosion control, flood control, wetland creation or restoration, and other conservation practices needing engineering guidance
