The Nature Conservancy is looking for someone who is passionate about conservation and agriculture to continue to advance projects in the Maryland and Delaware portions of the Chesapeake Bay that improve water quality, biodiversity, and climate resiliency. They should be detail oriented to manage all aspects of a highly functioning team including: engaging private and public partners, implementing projects across the landscape, identifying and creating new opportunities to meet goals, developing budgets and securing funding, tracking progress, and communicating with a diverse array of audiences. Ideal candidate will have a M.S and at least 5 years of experience in the agriculture/ conservation field. See attached job description.
